Update: We asked SMDC under a freedom of information request to tell us if they are actively enforcing their ICING policy at South Moorlands Leisure Centre. They have asked us for more time to reply. On Friday, 5th of June, our editor spotted an enforcement officer on Cheadle High Street. The officer told Lori that they do not currently patrol the leisure centre for this purpose.
