Today is World Mental Health Day and this year's theme is workplace mental health. Workplaces that enable good mental health are better for everyone. When we feel happier at work, we're more productive and contribute more to our teams and communities too.
Wellbeing at work really matters - as well as helping people who need support, it's important to build positive mental health for everyone.
Here are some helpful resources to use in your organisation:
Boost wellbeing at your workplace by sharing the free 10 Days of Happiness program with your colleagues.
Promote Optimistic October: Spread optimism at work by printing and putting up the Optimistic October calendar or inviting your team to join the Optimism Challenge.
Get expert support from Action for Happiness: Bring in an Action for Happiness expert to work with your workplace or team.
You can also find out more about World Mental Health Day here.
So let's do all we can to remove stigma and reduce stress at work, creating supportive workplaces where we don't just survive, but really thrive!
