SMDC, newish owners of Cheadle indoor market and market square, have appointed Place Partnership Consultants to advise them on the best ways to move forward.
COGNEWS spoke with Esther Worboys last week and shared our knowledge of the local area. An important part of this consultation is to gather as much relevant information as possible to enable her team, which includes an architect and a data analyst, to put forward choices to ensure the future success of the market space in our town. This process will include a residents' survey, which COGNEWS will support. We are informed this should be concluded by the end of March 2025.
