Take Part in the Local People Panel Healthcare Survey to Influence Decision-Making

- 2 min read
The Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care Board is encouraging local residents to participate in a survey to express their views on certain important topics. The feedback gathered will aid in making informed decisions and enhancing local health and care services.

The survey is quick to complete, and all responses will remain confidential.
To thank participants for their input, they will be entered into a prize draw to win one of two £50 Love2shop vouchers.
The survey has two short sections:
Repeat prescriptions (including your views on a local campaign to reduce medicines waste)
Learning Disability, Down’s Syndrome, and Autism Awareness
If a section is not relevant to you, you can skip it. Even if you do not have a repeat prescription (or order on behalf of someone else) they would still like your views on a local campaign to reduce medicines waste.
To take the survey, please click the 'Take the Survey' button below and enter your survey ID, which is: 2166.
Please contact a member of their team should you have any questions:
Tel: General 0800 0996 422
Thank you for taking the time to share your views — your input really makes a difference.
