Christmas 2022 - part 1

This year with families facing financial hardships, we need to support one another however we can. Think about how you can add value, make customers feel special and for your business to thrive too.
Finding your sparkle amid the chaos can be tough and Creative Studios are here to help you each step of the way.
If you’ve not started your Christmas plans yet you need to get going and fast! If you’re ahead - then well done you! (we don’t tell each other that often enough do we?)
Here are 3 things to get you started:
1. What's in it for me? Consider all you offer this Christmas, in the light of what’s in it for me? The "me" in this question is the customer. What will make your customer's life easier?
Can you save them money?
Can you personalise their gifts?
Can you be open at a time which suits them better?
Can they buy online from you but pickup in store to avoid awkward questions from family members, now so many people work from home?
Can you offer a private viewing or a VIP evening?
You probably know your customers but if you are not sure what they would like, ask your best ones how you can make things easier for them. Then whatever you’re doing can be shouted through your marketing and signage. Think offers, events and extended hours etc.

2. Think strategically about your Christmas Signage... Good festive signage not only shows people what’s on offer but adds to the decor and atmosphere in you premises. If you look at the big retailers they tend to do very little in actual decoration but it feels festive because of the signage. It’s one strategy to do only signs, with all the extra expense this might be the year for you to consider this too.
If like me you like more razzle with your dazzle then good signage will still help point out your best bits and save your time answering questions. Placement is paramount when it comes to signs and once you have your Christmas style this can be added to all types of signage. We are always happy for you to do a zoom walk through with us and we’ll tell you honestly if we understand your offering before we print for you.
The outside of your premises is the first thing people see, we have a huge selection of street signs, window clings, standees etc, a good window display will always attract, so be sure to include these to give people reasons not just to be cheerful but to come into store too.

3. Advertise what's about to happen in store... Don’t worry if you don’t have all the details yet you can still get your signage done, one great way to encourage visitors into store is by adding a QR code to your posters. This could be for customers to register for updates or linked to your events and activities page. Don’t worry if you don’t have the capacity to do updates or an events page yet, or if don’t know how to do the QR codes. We can take care of that for you, the low costs will surprise you resulting in increased customer numbers and order values.
