Two more jobs were carried out on Junction Road in Leek. The first involved tidying up trees, during which workers removed unwanted growth and trimmed back branches to help the trees stay healthy and make the road easier to see. The second job focused on cutting back 28 metres of overgrown hedge, making the roadside safer and more accessible for both walkers and drivers.

These works play a vital role in maintaining the condition and safety of the local environment and keeping the highways network well-managed and accessible.

The first job took place on a Caverswall byway, where crews levelled the rough road for easier and safer use. Recycled road-filling material was used for the repairs.
