Did you know that any member of the public can attend a full council meeting, and can speak for 3 minutes on any topic of concern which they would like the council to consider acting upon? There is a process to follow so do contact them prior to your visit. We think this is a valuable part of democracy and a number of attendees are also district Councillors. This is an opportunity for you to be heard. Each month we'll tell you when your local council meets and what they are discussing. Here is October 2024's Agenda:
