Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce funded by Staffordshire County Council are offering a free one-day programme is designed for aspiring entrepreneurs and early-stage businesses across Staffordshire.
It aims to give you practical guidance, expert advice and the confidence to move your plans forward.
During the session, you’ll explore the key foundations of starting and growing a successful business, including:
Building a clear and realistic business plan
Developing and refining your business idea
Understanding cashflow and managing finances
Researching your market and creating a marketing approach
Whether you’re still shaping your idea or ready to launch, the programme offers useful tools, local support and the chance to connect with others on the same journey.
