You may be aware that a fire had taken hold on the Park on Park Drive in Cheadle yesterday evening.
At this time this fire is being treated as a possible Arson and we are asking if anyone has any CCTV in the area of Park Drive, Monkhouse, Hall Orchard, Prince George Street, Friars Close, Park Lane or anywhere that is close to these locations, that may show anyone running from the location/acting suspiciously, or anything else suspicious. Staffordshire Fire and Rescue is addressing a fire at Cheadle Park, located just off Leek Road in Staffordshire Moorlands, reported earlier this evening, Wednesday, July 29th.
A spokesperson for Staffordshire Fire and rescue said “We currently have 8 crews in attendance at a large grass fire in Cheadle Park, Cheadle. Please avoid the area, and we’ll provide an update when possible.”
