If you are aged 19+ and live in Staffordshire, you can book onto this free Community Learning course. The course is for those who love the outdoors and interested in moving into the environmental sector and runs over 7 weeks.
This course offers a 'taster' into environmental careers, covering Environmental Education, Nature based Health and Wellbeing practices, Conservation and Ecology, Regeneration and Climate Change and Sustainability. Each week, you will gain a flavour of what employment in this sector might entail and have chance to explore next steps through activities and reflective practices. There is support and advice to explore volunteering, training, job applications and setting up new ventures
