Are you up for the Stocks and Shares challenge? 

As part of the national Multiply programme, one of the county council's partners, The Inspirational Learning Group, is offering businesses the chance to bring along their employees to a fully-funded day to boost their numbers confidence. 

The Stocks and Shares Challenge offers teams the chance to act as market traders; analysing company data and market trends to invest an imaginary £10,000.  

It's all about honing mathematical, critical thinking, listening and teamwork skills in a safe and fun way. Skills that will be supported include arithmetic, percentages, ratios, statistics, probability and financial modelling. The fully-funded session is for any employees that either don't have a maths qualification or do, but want to refresh their skills to support their future career.
